Sunshine Outfit

Back again! Let’s dive into this bright outfit. Now I know what you’re thinking: That is a YELLOW shirt. I have been told this shirt is the exact shade of mustard. I will say I needed to think about this shirt quite a bit to decide how I’d style it. There are so many different types of shades of colors out there and I feel like yellow is one of the trickier ones. Such as butter yellow. It’s all the rage, but I’ve tried it and wasn’t a huge fan. But a more vibrant yellow…now we’re talking.

So here I am in a bright yellow collared shirt (similar styles in a variety of colors). H&M definitely went in a different direction with this top, it has the collar style that screams the 70s/80s feel but is so vibrant. The material is a little odd, kind of stiff, so I’m hoping it softens in the wash. It is a cropped style, but it works well for my shorter torso.

I decided to go with white wide leg jeans to let the shirt shine. Tan accessories: tan bucket bag (similar) and tan sandals. For jewelry, a gold cuff (similar).
