First Outfit of Fall

Grey blue sweatshirt with Paris building graphic, khaki trench coat, straight jeans, black crossbody, and platform Converse

Fall has BEGUN. The trees are changing. The PSL squads have materialized once more. The weather is 70 degrees one day and then it’s 59 degrees the next. Welcome to autumn in Colorado (ominous music plays in the background).

But in all seriousness happy fall to all who are experiencing it! It’s one of those seasons that doesn’t feel like it lasts long enough to even enjoy. But I’m going to enjoy the weather for the time that I can before a blizzard shows up out of the blue haha!

So, what do I have for today? The legendary…the ultimate…the eternal…trench coat! This is one of the first times I’m really wearing it, and gosh I love it. This is a size XXS petite, and it fits perfectly, the sleeves the length, the overall size in the body. Just right. The color is good too, a neutral that goes with everything. Personally, when it comes to trench coats, I think they need to have a great fit, or else they just don’t work, especially when you’re below five feet.

My favorite jeans, they’ve got a good structure and have a 90s feel. A pair of platform Converse that gives me a little more height. My bag (similar) is from H&M and is just a classic black crossbody.

Other than the trench coat, my favorite item here is my sweatshirt (sold out but I’ve linked the sweatshirt page, Abercrombie has a great variety) with the French graphic of a Boulevard Haussmann building. This sweatshirt is so soft, and the grey blue I think is an interesting color for fall and winter.

Overall, a cozy but fun outfit for a chilly fall day.
