A Romantic Maxi Dress

This dress is one of those dresses where you're not sure if it's going to work, but then you try it on, and you're pleasantly surprised to find out that it's perfect. This maxi dress (similar) is airy and has a nice flow to it when you walk. It's been pretty warm here recently, so I was definitely wondering if this was going to be too hot of a dress, but I stayed pleasantly cool. It is a little bit long on me since it is a maxi style, but I quite like how it's just about to touch the ground. It just has a very romantic feel to it. The color is also nice as soft cream tone.

There's also just a lot of great details in the pleats, the frills at the bottom of the dress and the top (it’s frilly but not too frilly), and the tiered style. With the dress being the focus of the outfit, I kept everything pretty simple, with black sandals, a shoulder bag (similar) to match the shoes, and a gold earring (similar).
